Server Component Replacements—NSW1U Network Server

4. Disconnect the following cables on the EFP board:

• All fan power cables (three CPU/memory fans and PCI fan)

•Flex cable

• Optical device power cable

• SATA hard drive connectors

• SMART Embedded USB Solid-State Drive cable, if installed

• 4xGbE LAN card cables, if installed

• Power interconnect to PDB

5. Remove the screws (Figure 53, “A”).

6. Gently work the EFP board backward (“B”), toward the rear of the chassis to disengage the light

pipe assembly from behind the front control panel bezel.

7. Pull the front panel I/O board up over the placement pegs (“C”) and lift it from the chassis.
